Welcome to our website of the Eta Psi Chapter of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at Gallaudet University.  Thanks for visiting and checking out our page.

In the past 19 years, this fraternity was found based on diversity in 1989, and then recognized in 1991 to become one of the most diverse chapter in the deaf and hard of hearing community. Delta Sigma Phi has the largest number of active members of any deaf collegiate organization with growing chapters at RIT, and here at Gallaudet University. We have over 200 deaf and hard of hearing alumni from Gallaudet University are most recognized at California State University-Northridge, RIT, here at Gallaudet University, and all over the nation. They join a rapidly growing alumni base of 112,000+ nationwide.

This chapter also founded for the purposes forming a lifelong fraternity of men that begins in college and promotes the intellectual growth, personal development, and healthy lifestyle of its members on this campus. Delta Sigma Phi exists to challenge each man to a greater good; this comes to life by living the values. These values are culture, the pursuit of knowledge and growth, harmony, bettering us while bettering the world around us, and friendship, a relationship based in values and secured by honesty, integrity and care.

At Delta Sigma Phi we take part in campus activities, including a full schedule of social events, community service, and philanthropies.  Most importantly we have a very close brotherhood, and we have brotherhood events and trips.

The main focus of Delta Sigma Phi is to have the time of our lives, while still accomplishing well in our academics.  In fact, we regularly maintain a G.P.A. above the campus requirement, even with the many opportunities for social and brotherhood activities that we offer our members. As for the fall and spring will be offering more opportunities and raise our G.P.A into studying sessions, tutoring, and workshops to be recognize for excellent academic standing than other organizations.

Check out our website to learn about our fraternity.  If you have any questions about Delta Sigma Phi or life at Gallaudet University in general, feel free to contact me anytime. We will make time available for you to show you life at Gallaudet University and Delta Sigma Phi.  We hope all of you have the opportunity to experience the school year of 2008-2009 along with us.
